Total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 6 months.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or data loss.
We do not guarantee that all revenue leakage will be found or that all fraud will be stopped.
You agree to indemnify Netix Recovery against claims arising from:

Your unlawful business practices
Your provision of inaccurate data
Party Rights
You Cancel with 30 days written notice
Us Terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
Upon termination: You pay all outstanding fees. We delete your uploaded data within 30 days.
